Integrated Receiver Decoders
Telairity offers two different models of Integrated Receiver Decoder (IRD):
5502 4:2:0 IRD: versatile broadcast-class H.264/AVC (MPEG-4) HD/SD integrated receiver and decoder for broadcasters, cable operators, and telecoms.
5504 4:2:2 IRD: a universal (internationally ready) source-quality modular video I/O and decoder system, capable of handling all MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 (H.264/AVC), HD and SD, SPTS and MPTS input formats, with either 4:2:2 or 4:2:0 chroma sampling.
